Our own SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) meaning that the email content is encrypted using SHA-2, 256-bit cryptography before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices.
3.3 NEWSLETTER SIGNUP FORMS
We love being able to update you on all our news, therefore we have provided areas on this website where you can signup. When you enter your personal information it is sent to our Third Party data processor (MailChimp) and is only accessibly by us. We will never fill your inbox with unwanted emails and will always give you the option to unsubscribe in every email that we send.
3.4 MAKING A PURCHASE
When you make a purchase on our website, we will require you to provide your personal information. We will never use this information for any other purpose than to process your order, apply for Gift Aid on your donations if you have given us permission to, and provide you with our products/services. When you enter your personal information on our Third Party data processor (PayPal) only your name, address, email and order information are accessible by us, we do not have access to your payment card details.

We use a third party service called PayPal to manage our donations and other payments. PayPal has informed us that they are GDPR compliant. When you make a payment you are providing your personal information to PayPal, however only your name, address, email and order information are viewable and accessible to us, we do not have access to your payment card details.
4.0 HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you contact us via our contact form or make a purchase on our website we store your personal information on our server. When you make a donation, the personal information you supply is not stored on our website it is stored on PayPal’s servers who use encrypted technology in order to secure it. Any information that we store we ensure that it is kept securely and utilise SSL connections at all times. You can request to view or remove your personal information by clicking the ‘Say hello’ link on our website.
